Each paper must be accompanied by one registration and full payment ($500: IEEE member, $625:regular) independently if the author is student or not, to guarantee publication in the Proceedings. Papers that are received without registration and payment will not be published in the Proceedings. If an author has more than one paper, EACH PAPER must be accompanied by a separate registration and additional payment. In the case of multiple-author papers, full registration is required for at least one of the authors.
At least one author of each paper must register by September 1, 2006.
Each registration includes 3 breakfasts, 6 breaks, a banquet and a copy of the Proceedings. Payment must be remitted by check or credit card in US currency only, payable to TAI 2006. Both sites have links to websites for U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide. The embassy and consulate websites have very helpful information about procedures, timelines, communities served, required documentation, and fees. Supporting Letters: International registrants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance.
